1. I have forgotten my password, how can I get it?

1. Go to Log in
2. Click on the 'Forgot your password' link.
3. Enter the email address you used to create your account.
4. You will receive an email with the user name(s) associated with that email address.

2. How do I edit my account information?

To edit your account information, click the edit account link in the administrative page. You must be signed in to edit your account information.

3. How do I stop receiving a newsletter?

To change your preferences for receiving newsletters, click the edit account link on your administrative page. Uncheck the box at the bottom of the page and click the Submit button.

4.   How do I post a project or request a quote?

User account is required. You have to create an account to be able to post or request a quote. You will be notified by email or we will call you to qualify your needs.

5. How do I make payments?

Log in to your account. Click on my proofs and quotes. Next, click on make payment under Action. If the make payment option is not available contact the administrator immediately.

6. How do I make changes to an existing order?

Log in to your account. Click on my proofs and quotes. Next, click on edit under Action. You can then make a request on all the changes needed.

7. How do I terminate my account?

To terminate your account, just send us an email or use our contact form. Please note that all information under your account will not be retrievable after termination.

9. How do I change my password?

To change your password, click - modify account on your administrative page. You can visit your administrative page by signing in.

11. How should I scan the original photo to send to you?
Just scan it at 300 dpi (dots per inch) or higher for 8x10 RGB (true color) output. Then save as JPEG, jpg, "high" quality setting IBM PC Format. You can then upload it to us or put it on a CD and mail it to us. We accept Zip disk, CD rom disk and floppy disk. TIFF , Zip, and most other image files are also acceptable.

12. Can you scan the photo?
Sure! Just mail us the photo and we'll scan, restore and mail you back your original photo and a finished print plus your restored photo on a disk. You can make as many prints you want from the disk. A copyright disclaimer form should be signed with the order.

13. Can I have my photos (designs) put on a CD and mailed to me beside the download?
You can request a copy of your design on a CD for $17.00 plus shipping fees. We recommend that you store your files at a safe location. Contact us for a copy of your design. Provide your design identification number.
